I have a problem with my website (something is not working). What is the best way to describe my problem if I need your help ?

If you have any technical issues or questions regarding your product, you can contact our Customer Care representatives via HelpDesk. To help to expedite your request we ask that you complete as much information as possible. The quality and timeliness of the information provided by the client affects the speed at which issues are concluded.

The following information is critical to resolving a problem :

- the name and version of the software to which the issue pertains, operating system and PHP/MySQL version;
- both a general statement and a detailed description of the problem, including any relevant error messages;
- expected correct behaviour and observed wrong behaviour;
- can the problem be replicated, and if so, the steps taken to recreate the problem;
- any changes that may have been made to the environment or Esvon application (hardware/software changes made to the server, software customizing, etc);
- screen prints of errors, FTP and Admin Area access to the software.
