When I edit a field in Admin Area -> Manage Fieldsets, "Editable" option can be set to "Hidden" and "Read-only" values. What is the difference between them ?

If "Editable" is set to "Hidden", it means field value can be entered once at "Place Ad" page and it will be not displayed at "Modify Ad" page later. It may be useful for
one-time question fields like "How you found us ?" (in user profile) and similar which you want to ask user only once.
If "Editable" is set to "Read-only", the only difference with "Hidden" is that field value will be shown at "Modify Ad" page, but without possibility to modify it.

If you want to have a completely hidden field (for Admin Area purposes), tick off checkbox "Active" for it.
