Can we have one listing available in several languages in the front-end (German, English) and add/change the content/text of new listings in all languages ?

With Multi_Lang module, fields of checkboxes type are translated automatically when you change website interface language. For text and textarea fields, you may want to create additional fields for each language like text (english), text (german) and use the proper placeholders in templates for each language like ##f_field_en##, ##f_field_de##, etc | |
