Why doesn't Esvon offer phone support?

We don't offer phone support for many reasons :

- to keep costs and thus the end software price affordable;
- it's too hard to keep track of phone messages over the time;
- ticket system allows us to focus on fixing problems instead of answering the phone;
- it is not easy to discuss tech things via phone, with email/tickets we can provide far more beneficial answers that would be hard to "show" on a phone;
- the internet is not made in one time zone or place.

The HelpDesk we provide is an effective way of communication with our customers.
