Module: Multiple Categories

  Multiple Categories module enables multi categorization of ads (items) by sellers (owners) at your website based on Esvon Classifieds script which is also used as inventory management software.

  For some websites it may be enough to have one item assigned to one category. Sometimes sellers (or website members) may try to duplicate ads to have them listed in several categories. It is usually possible if user is not charged for each ad posted and may cause unnecessary wasting of server resources. This module provides a fast and easy way to have ads listed in multiple categories without duplicating them. The ability to put one item into multiple categories can be a useful function for some of your clients including small dealers/businesses.

  To make an ad / item appear in more than one category in your website, simply click on "Additional Categories" link under the Primary Category section when editing a listing ("Modify Ad" page). Using the loaded category tree drop down menu you can select the categories you'd like your ad to appear in.

  Admin Area allows to view assigned, add new and delete existing multiple listing / item categories. Administrator controls different multi categorization aspects like max. amount of additional categories allowed.
